Pascal Voß, Auszubildender bei MEDICE
I like the fact that MEDICE is a family company – and everyone has a family-like relationship with each other. It is an expanding company that is always creating new jobs.

Pascal Voß,
trainee as specialist in warehouse logistics

Warehouse logistics comprises a number of tasks: we receive goods, load and ship them, and check and store them properly, if necessary, adjusting the temperature. We pick and package, label and identify goods, prepare appropriate conveyors and loading aids and regularly take inventories.

MEDICE is a very interesting company, because the environment and the staff make it all so like a big family. The company has a super reputation. There are good opportunities for advancement and lots of possibilities for further education. MEDICE is international. There are good chances of being taken on permanently – and the company has an assured future. I really enjoy my work and I can only recommend having a look for yourself.

MEDICE is ideal for apprentices. They offer plenty of courses. Once a year there's an apprentices' outing that all the trainees are allowed to go on. Every apprentice gets support. The company also provides instruction in house where you are prepared for the exams. In addition you can take a language course. MEDICE offers apprentices a workplace with a safe future and a very good atmosphere.

I like the fact that MEDICE is a family company – and everyone has a family-like relationship with each other. It's an expanding company that is always creating new jobs, and trainees that successfully complete their apprenticeships have a good chance of being taken on. Teamwork is written big here and lived to the full. Even as a trainee you are completely included in the team and can play a part and put forward your ideas.

I decided to do an apprenticeship in Iserlohn because I am interested in warehouse logistics and Iserlohn is easily accessible from where I live. I felt really at home at MEDICE after just doing work experience.

The training is never monotonous, you get experience in several areas and it's very versatile. Logistics are never a static process. it goes on and on and something new is always being developed or improved. It's a job assured of a good future because logistics don't stand still. Something is always being hurried up, changed or made easier.

I am contented because I enjoy my work. It's never boring, there is always something new to do and you can really make progress in this profession. It's a job assured of a good future because logistics, too, never stops developing – and I really like learning new things all the time.
